Two days a week I cover a reception desk. There is one person where I work (although there've been others in the past until I've glared at them with sufficient menace) who every time she has a patient asks me if I can give her a call when they've arrived.

Does she not actually understand what being a Receptionist involves? How do you think she'd react if I asked her every week to make sure she actually remembered to assess her patients?
