you'd think living at home would mean receiving deliveries was easier right? well what if the postman doesnt ring the doorbell, doesnt try to push open the unlocked front door of the flats, and then leaves a red card with nothing ticked on the back so you've no idea whether they'll try to redeliver or you have to go through the tedious half hour wait at the collection office.
