sorry, i'm sure this has been done many a time on here.

i'm moving to Oxford on Saturday, to a flat thing on Cowley Road. I'm moving out on my own, and only know a couple of people in Oxford.

I've been in my "safety bubble" of uni and home friends for the last 5 years, now I'm starting from scratch and I've forgotten how to make friends with strangers.

Any tips on how to avoid becoming a loner reclusive? I'm thinking join the gym and go to the pub when football's on. Anyone been in a similar "aaahhh moving to a city!!!!" situation?
