man I'm not sure 8:30 is an option for me, I got up at 7:30 yesterday and that hurt my brian.

i know how you feel.
and watching the sun rise then spend the morning alone in book shops and record shops and places you don't normally go. When you never see the morning it seems loads nicer; nicer than when businessmen get up and grumble at it.
Then by the evening you're real tired and you go to sleep at a normal time and even if it doesn't fix your body clock at least for one day you live in the same world as most people at least for one day.
maybe not the driving but but definitely everything else.
Can you even sober up without sleep?
It's the best way to do it. Did it for a week in New York over the Summer. Fluids and food, have some aspirin and just ease into it, no hangover. Enjoy the sunset.
Although I'm not stepping in a car, I've drinkened about a gallon of Jagerbooze and the roads are like an ice rink covered in slippery stuff out there. Two minutes to six: it's nearly the morning.
i'm getting used to 11pm-6.45am again and it sucks :/
I'm a night time kinda guy... but when I was workin everyday 7:30 till 5:00 I had to be up then and I did it every day. But it was so tough man so tough.
I don't like this whole dark in the morning thing- its totally not natural to wake up when it's dark. Stupid winter.
