His catchphrase is:
"Fight AIDS. Not people with AIDS."
if we killed them all, we'd kill off AIDS
its saying that supporting and contributing to AIDS research is a good thing and that discriminating against, abusing and not accepting people with a horrendous fatal disease is a bad thing????????????????????
it's obvious, but that doesn't make it pointless in the context
I mean obviously we can logically deduce it means that but it's utterly crap way of saying it.
i think it's very obvious what it means, has a half decent, if formulaic ring to it and for a respected representative of the macho world of football to be vocal in support of sufferers of a disease that's to many people associated with homosexuality is valuable
cos the rest of them are pigshit thick homophobes
'Cause that could work.
People with AIDS are still being discriminated against.
Good AIDS is when you getting it from a blood transfusion or a shitty doctor who doesn't change a needle or something.
you can get good AIDS off someone with bad AIDS, so long as you didnt share needles with them or sex them
how they bleed on you
If they had already been stabbed, were stumbling out of a building and fell atop me, bleeding into my mouth = Good, yes?
although depends why you stabbed them
I'm gonna have to have a think about all of this.
And my slogan was... "It's what's on the inside that counts."
It was specifically about AIDs discrimination and, in my opinion, I thought the slogan was really, really clever. I would allow Ronaldo to use it.
Rotting away inside them.
It means both...
A) People discriminate against the person because they have AIDs ie. "It's what's on the inside that counts", or matters, to them, reflected in their discriminatory treatment of victims.
And / Or
B) Victims should be judged by their character, not by the fact that they have AIDs, ie. the old "It's what's on the inside that counts" adage usually used by fat people. Not that fat people have AIDs, but you know what I mean.
i see now
So, the campaign was targeted at people who would know the person had AIDs, and discriminated against them because of it.
before anyone else writes it.. teehee!
