It appears to be an online book that you can download telling you how to manipulate people (in a non-harmful way, apparently) and make yourself popular. Using psychological methods that he has studied, he believes that if you do everything he tells you to, then you can change your life for the better and people will see you differently.

So, are you willing to part with your money? I can't see how it can work and I'm not sure I'd be willing to try anyway.
