Like when you're having a dream, at what speed does the dream occur? Is it in real-time? Thanks
Sometimes when I'm having really horrible dreams everything slows down and I stop breathing.
Amazing how your mind can still have a concept of time when you're fast asleep. It's just last night, it seemed in my dream like I was eating peanuts for an eternity. But thinking about it I suppose it must happen in real time because real life things can get in on dreams I suppose...like alarm clocks going off and sneaking into your dream as a horn or something.
My friend has really dull dreams too, like, she dreams about making a cup of tea, or getting money out of an ATM machine. Saying that, she did once dream that she got on a bus and sat next to her Grandad's leg :D
Most exciting one I ever had was being chased around my house by The Legion Of Doom....I hid on top of a door. Funny how some dreams stick with you but others you can't remember after a couple hours.
my phone rang once before i woke up yesterday and i had the most elaborate dream in which i slayed woolly mammoths with pearl revolvers whilst wearing thermal goggles...which included ringing phones somehow i cant remember
Slaying would-be endangered animals.
(I don't think they were...but they did have big targets on them)
Dream time exists outside of real time (Y)
it can vary between being in real time and being faster/slower?
