that's all you can do really when you have that, nothing much else helps.
Rehydration salts are your best bet. Another good idea is glucose powder and lemonade. It flattens the lemonade and gets sugar into the system quickly (it’s also good for hangovers too).
How about a razor and some make up removal pads too?
i had this last week, get some tonic water with quinine in it, settles the stomach. food is a no go for at least 24 hours.
on gmtv last week not to take any painkillers as it incubates the virus and makes it stay longer. As above, just rehydrate the body. And some nice soft toilet tissue ;)
