I took the day off on Wednesday as I was on my last legs. The headache has subsided but i've still got a dry/sore throat and a chesty cough. i'm also dripping snotters everywhere. also, i could probably start a tsunami with the force of my sneezes, another few of them babies and i'll be jelly-limbed.

the do has been be bought and paid for (by work) and i'd feel bad pulling out at the 11th hour.

so i just suck it up and get drunk/hit on 40 year olds? or do i go to my bed and go out on saturday night, never to have mingled with the workmates from my first real job?

i'm very rarely i'll so please excuse the patheticness of it all.
