if you put a stopper in it. To cook, I reckon 4-5 days. Might be a bit vinegary though. Probably depends on the wine....wikipedia?
probably not a good idea huh? oh well, i only really use it to deglaze pans.
it's a legitimate term that i've heard lots of people say!
whilst you're drinking it, but if you just have say one glass and then whack a stopper in it, i would say 7 days.
