yeah.

there's a room going in the flat in which i now abode.
it's available as of monday.
big double room: contains massive cupboard, 2-seater settee, 2 chests of drawers.

the flat is above a pub on camden high street. you don't get the noise from the pub but you do from the function room on friday and saturdays wot with xmas parties going on and all that, so you better get used to hearing 'sympathy for the devil' and 'all right now' over and over again, unless you actually go out at weekends like normal people.

would like someone who isn't an idiot and is able to switch off/on a security alarm no matter how boozed they are (if i'm able to do it then anyone can... or so you'd think), and someone who doesn't hoarde all their plates and cutlery in their room, and someone who likes/tolerates doing housework when needed.

you'd be living with me and my chum who works in the pub and the various other pubs owned by the same landlords...
