Has he brought his 20 man back room staff? Who's #1 contender for Sunderland job now?
but hopeful. i think we'll stay up now, but it is hardly a step forwards. i'm suprised by a three year contract, but if nothing else he will bring back the scientific approach to training which hughes brought in
from being a pariah, because he plays 'unattractive' football, to being the saviour once folk realised that 'attractive' football might get you relegated.
for a shit house team. It will make it all the funnier when they go down now, the shit houses.
with ajax. and not the sexy kind.
Still don't have a clue who the next Sunderland manager is going to be.
the lumping moron that is Graham Souness...
Souness was Bob Paisley compared to Ince.
a struggling championship side anyway.
"Or perhaps Horwich Parkway, home of Bolton Wanderers?"
SUBJECT TO PITCH INSPECTION AT 4.15PM.
Can you work out which part could be a lie?
ramsbottom, Stoneclough, Howfen...the possibilities are endless
Santa Cruz has his canal boat. Part-owned with Jamie Clark.
Roque & Jim.
He'll end up in Warrington where he'll accidentally sign a four-year deal with the rugby league team.
making his debut in a reserves clash again Leigh.
Santa Cruz said 'It's a lot like Fat Sam's football. Repeated up-and-unders from the full back, seven massive lumps up front to batter their defence and a focus on stopping them at the play-the-ball rather than getting ourselves any proper tactics.'
he did a fantastic job for us (Bolton) on no money whatsoever. I reckon we probably had the smallest transfer budget of almost anyone in the league and still consistently finished top 10. Part of that's why we're fairly debt free now.
It'd be nice to see him given the time and resources to do well and see if he doesn't just play ugly football the whole time (though really I didn't think it was all that bad, MOTD tends to exacerbate that feeling a bit).
Anyway, good luck to him at Blackburn, unless he guides them to safety at our expense.
he did ok at MK Dons and thats it. Who thought, yeah he's the guy to take us into europe..
