I need song ideas
Please list them here - mostly in the powerballad and britpop arena
g'wan, i dare you
Playing something to people they don't know and won't like, making you feel better about yourself since you do know and do like.
Everyone would be in awe of your coolness for such an act of counterculture. You'd be like Jimi Hendrix when he went into that soul club and played Dylan and got chased out by everyone for it.
I did the songs and playlists for our work Christmas party on Friday, with a lovely mixture of Xmas hits, 101 love songs and Now 71 playing from my iPod.
One of my colleagues turned the music off for the speeches, then duly turned it back on again. However instead of choosing the WE IS DANCIN playlist, he just picked a song from the my main music bank and let it shuffle away.
A few minutes later, I was at the other end of the room and thought something didn't sound quite right. Upon inspection, I found it to be churning out some less-than-party-fodder Cop Shoot Cop.
Apparently, no one had noticed. Or they were loving it...
everyone seems to love that song
as a practice run for NYE, when I expect you to play it at least 3 times
