it is not your cat, or your video
i got it off lookbook
one brilliant ballad and a load of poor disco-y stuff.
let me youtube you:
somerville that is
for a bargain 3 quid.
but I love it and think tis cool. With long hair and a beard I still don't look like a scal even with some of their garb on.
The extra big one on the left and at bargain prices too.
two skirts, a floor-length purple 50s silk gown and some massive fuck-off army boots all for £20.
bargain central. That or you robbed someone, had an attack of remorse and threw a 20 at them.
were they were selling off something like 30,000 pieces of stock and stuff from the BBC costume department (hence all the military stuff). it was mayhem but kiiiind of worth it considering the amount of stuff to be found.
can't london come to Manchester for stuff like that? All we get are shitty rip-off vintage shops.
honestly though, it opened at 9 and by 11 pretty much everything worthwhile was gone! I arrived at half eight in the morning and the queue was about 1,000 people long. Luckily I only had to queue for about 25 minutes whereas people who arrived later in the day queued for up to 4 hours and had nothing decent to buy. sux2Bthem.
But yes, overpriced "vintage" shops = one of the most annoying things in the world. luckily second hand shops in Brussels are still pretty decently priced, unlike the ones I've seen in London which make me do a sadface all over the place/
you've got severe shopping dedication lady. I've not bought new clothes in ages. I'm trying to budget due to having sporadic work. Only now I'm internetting and picking up bargain records to use up the rest of this weeks allowance. Oops.
Were it not for her I'd have rolled up at half three to a bunch of empty cardboard boxes. I think I underestimated how enthusiastic everyone else would be! Some people were there from half three the day before... Oh god, low money + internet shopping = bad news!
last thing i got was a 2 litre bottle of coca cola today. Yess
CAN'T TAKE ME APAAAAAAAAAART
Means I have somewhere to sit whilst I ponder why my main hi fi is still broken..
Though I definitely intend to try it..
You won't be hearing a damn thing!
I like standing next a big marshall cab and feeling the music blowing past.
(That's also a 100w valve head on the floor, though I blew that up and havne't got it fixed yet. :( )
man points for mat!
from Tesco this morning. Mega
Swans nest fire basket with dogs. All Original circ 1890... £45.
if you do attach it to a cat please post the pics on here.
I love 2 x 12s, they're so easy to chuck in the boot of a car..
i was going to get an orange 2x12 cos i didnt want an all metal mesa sound but this has a 1 30 closed back and 1 black shadow open back for a compromise. u can use them together or drive each from a diff head or output so im toying with keeping my bassman head too.
Sadly the orange rocker 30 will have to go on ebay next week somtime thou to pay for it.
how much do you reckon the rocker'll go for?
i bought it 3 years back and orange seem to have grown in popularity and hence its RRP has increased. So oddly not far off what i bought it for. Completed listings start at £430 but this close to spotless so we shall see.
Its the best mid range combo ive ever played or owned you just got to draw the line somewhere and no keep collecting thou i guess.
I just need to find a ampeg 410 hlf to complete my bass setup and i should be done :)
But if that Envy cd doesn't arrive on Monday after a week of waiting, I will not be happy :(
I nearly spat my toast across the room.
that'll be your text from me every day for the next week. ha!
but no cigar.
so i can scream at teammates on CoD when they keep getting killed.
I'm so fucking rich it's just SPEND SPEND SPEND with me.
I don't need money, that's why i spend it - to get rid of it.
came with a calendar & 5 christmas cards - which works out perfect because I've got roughly 3 good friends and I want to keep the Partridge and Saxondale ones for myself.
Might give the calendar away because I've got a flight of the conchords one and no one needs 2 comedy calendars, I don't even use calendars
except for my advent one which helps me keep track of days. I may buy 12 to keep me up to date for all of next year.
I think I've got issues with the concept of time
He has issues with the concept of time too, perhaps not the same ones, but issues nonetheless.
being the worst science presenter I have witnessed in a long time
I have purchased a rucksack in the hope that it will be more comfortable on the tube/ in general than a messenger bag. I think it will.
I got one a few weeks ago for when I'm cycling. I still really need to get mudguards though. I keep turning up to uni with mud spattered tights.
or something very like it. It was pretty badass.
fits perfectly into the set up
A sad yet wonderful world of sound quality and devices with "a nice action".
My mate's dad had one of these http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=z0MgJKx5Ay0
I used to think it was the Best thing in the world.
I think I'd have been very impressed too
but then auto reverse was just a glint in some electronic engineers mind for tapes; this was actuated And helped the lazy listen to C90's in full from the sofa.....bliss.
Have a biscuit!
...the smug bastard.
£4.10 with staff discount from my work earlier today
All gone now though :(
ridiculously extravagant but that's half price and credit card isnt real money now I just need some other people willing to start a surf revival band
