I remember sending off my Christmas list to Mr S Claus, and getting a letter back from the man himself telling me not to be naughty in the last few days and he'd drop in on Christmas Eve.

At the time I obviously believed he had hand written it, but in retrospect, it was definitekly mail merged and printed off, but the question that has suddenly hit me is who adminned that? Is there a Santa PR team churning them out? Seems a long way to go to perpetuate a myth.
