Can anyone recommend a good, cheap [£60-110ish], sturdy guitar. Thanks!
or a squier tele
say squier tele too, how strange.
theyre a bit ugly but are easily the best starter guitars... youll not get anything new worth having at that price.
this looks quite nice
and dont eat for a month,
I was looking at this one earlier aswell
you should take it
They're a bit particular, P90s.
I'm just poor at the moment and sold my last guitar
my youngest has an ibanez gio and it hasnt broke yet (hes moderately clumsy for a 12 yr old)
although there are nicer ones on e bay like this
(looking at the enhanced pick ups this is what is known as a 'superstrat'....
gio's tend to be cheaper than yamaha pacifica's (although pacificas cant really be beat in their price range)
Here is a 'shine' guitar, you get better quality on the whole with them for the price than you do with many other makes
its a buy it now price and you can go and try it in manchester
crafter cruisers always tend to be cheap and they arnt totally rubbish (plus you can get them in flashy over the top dramatic colours)
check out www.harmonycentral.com for user reviews of particular guitars you see on ebay
If you managed to get a cort guitar in your price range then that woulod be the best, but they'd be just over i fear
so to sum up
Pacificas are a solid bet, for the price good quality, good tone, robust, easy to play, might have problems getting one for the price though (I tried, but that was before the recession)
Ibanez Gios are a more likely bet
Crafter cruisers are even more in your price range but many would sniff at the name
Shine are good
Cort are better
but thats just my opinion and i am mainly in the market for stratocasters
what are you after
Of budget guitars I think the Yamahas are hard to beat.
Is 2nd hand an option?
a little over budget but
