Just in case there's some nicities I'm unaware of
and the one that's beside it.
You know, beside the SPAMALOT theatre on Charing X road.
is horrible! And really overpriced.
and a pint.
Then again, I'm not choosy.
On Argyle Street, behind Oxford Circus St.
It has snuggs which, back in days of yore, were used to keep the scum classes from the posh classes.
They also have Yorkshire Puddings with Dipping Gravy on their snack menu.
All in all it's pretty win.
Also the Princess Louise on High Holborn.
I have a place in my heart for the George on Wardour Street as well. And The Bricklayers Armish, obvs.
or is that not central enough.
just beside Holborn Station
was in there the other week pretty rammed, i'm partial to the The Ship just behind Holborn Station or the Prince of Wales on Drury Lane.
in Covent Garden. It fulfills my needs anyway. Except for that massive ticking fucking clock.
But The Porterhouse is my least favourite pub in London
off trafalgar square. cheap, not too busy despite the location, friendly atmosphere
in St Martin's lane is pretty good too if you sit upstairs in the 'Opera Rooms'. Lots of less well known beers on tap as well
That was a bit retarded - I read his first post as Chandos in Russell Square
yeah chandos is great, and a sam smiths so good and cheap.
is seriously deluded
The Red Lion near St James Sq is much better
Nice: Oh no no no no
the social, and the phoenix (though less so) are all nice pubs. All are around Great Portland Street area.
but i like the fact they have an interesting club night pretty much every weekend and on a regular basis. downstairs is much better than the top bar though, which isn't all that.
but I like the Sam Smith's pub on Great Portland Street - think it's called The Cock
yeah that's right
but they're secret
to fellow DiS folk?
Perserverance is a bit average, the lamb is nice. The nicest one is MORE SECRET THAN THAT
that's kind around the corner a bit
agree on perseverance, it's alright though.
you ARE stalking me
when Dean's is about 50m away?
the bountiful cow, which is in the area? it's a really strange bar down a road that has very little else on it. I seem to remember quite liking the way it was decked out the one time I've been there.
The Albert on Victoria street
The Clarence on Whitehall
The Princess Louise
The Glasshouse Stores in Soho
LORD MOON OF THE MALL
is my personal favourite
The food is cheap and really nice. Quite often it's filled with eccentric old men with tweed jackets and canes.
most of the sam smiths pubs really...
Intrepid Fox? Sorry...
