then report back, or something. I basically need information. I've been eating almost entirely "Rice+sauce", "pasta+sauce", "soup" then neat fruits for puds for the last few weeks.

I.e "Mushroom" i will look through my veggie cookbook and pick "mushroom risotto" or something

but don't say mushroom because I DON'T WANT IT
