and everyone went mad.
youve done better
and everyone was like 'no its NOT dead' or 'it DIED AGES AGO' or etc.
when Thurston Moore started rapping at the start of this film
I don't think I ever want to listen to anything he's recorded ever again after seeing that. I like Sonic Youth, but the lyrics are complete ballcocks. Embarrassingly so, at times, and it actually ruins songs for me.
He's such a spanner.
i am hopefully going to go
I want to see the film. And I need to get the overground at approximately 11pm
but it's free entry, so just turn up, get what you can and go home?
cause I'm seeing PENS the night after!
midnight i think
can't remember. either way you wont see me. grow a pair and stay out on a school night
Sorry, man. I didn't realise you were on the bill till now, I thought it was just a standard film thing.
is all on Google video anyway
There will be cool chicks, right?
This looks like fun
Especially the film stuff
How would you manage to type a relativaly elaborate emoticon if you were in the process of dying/ dead.
no,no,no this is all wrong!
Also, I said especially :)
I have the same problem as you^
Plus a 7 hour day on wednesday :(
the mind boggles at the thought of so much.
it looks like this:
8-9: short films
9.30-11.00: 1991 - the year punk broke
11.15 - alcxxk
12.00 - PENS
2.00 - the end
lemonbrickcombo - i can't guarantee we won't be running a little late, usually are by 10 minutes or so, but you should get to see most of the film and make it back for 11.
we can leave Bardens at 11.40 and run to Dalston Kingsland in time for the last train so hence we can catch most of alcxxk's set.
I think I've seen alcxxk play about a million times already. If he every becomes a mult-million selling superstar, I'll get to be all snooty to other people about it.
i'm going to come.
but I’m meant to be going to see a couple of friends’ bands at the Good Ship instead. Having said that, given that it took me two hours to get back from Kilburn last night after I missed the last Central Line train, Dalston is looking more appealing.
I've seen that film many times ("I need this elixir of skinhead violence")plus I know that none of my friends will want to go with me. So yeah
is that night too, which is tempting. There is a good gig on EVERY NIGHT this week
