I applied for a internal job, by the standard of my application I should have at least been given an interview, as my admin friend tells me. I was given a reasonable explanation saying the standard of application was extremly high due to the crunch..also my director will be interviewing and may be awkward...Now they are interviewing in the office opposite my desk! So I can see this high standard of applicant for myself. Up till now I see no evidence of this. URGH! ....aND RELax
