after vomiting constantly all night. I'm now successfully keeping water down but im HUNGRY.

just on its own
brown bread, or plain potatoes (tempting as it is, don't go for pickled uns), or plain rice. A touch of salt can be good as well, plus some slightly sweetened water to help replace fluids.
Just take it slow and steady and gradually work up.
something like soup (without cream in it) or something quite dry.
If you're hungry, it's usually your body telling you you're getting better so that's a good thing :)
im tempted to mush up some banana with soy milk though
toast with a bit of jam or something like that?
Bananas aren't really that kind on digestive systems :P
i hate bananas, they make me want to puke even if i'm not ill.
maybe cereal with a bit of soy milk?

is normally all i can keep down. don't have things that are: slimey, acidy (like apples) or milky (although that's probably not a problem :P)
but i'd probably have some soup and see what happens.
or rice or bread.
