Seriously, how? Many others around me have tried and succeeded telling me "it's easy" but not, it appears, for me.
I am considering a soup-making practice run this weekend in an attempt to make Cream of Broccoli.
Previous attempts have resulted in stuff thicker than wallpaper paste being presented to friends and family who have gently told me that I should perhaps give this soup malarkey up.
But I have a lovely kitchen to play in and I just want to make soup!
People of DiS, please post your soup tips here as well as tips on useful apparatus to aid the process and also nice soup recipies too.
