I've not been following this whole election thing that closely, does McCain stand a chance?
Polls don't always get it right.
People crying about things that don't really affect them makes me dribble jizz.

The American electorate love a Republican, especially a cuddly, goofy republican. He's like Reagan crossed with Dubya!

Is there any chance in hell Obama's election tomorrow will put an end to well-intentioned left-wingers finding it acceptable to make sweeping generalised statements about the American people they'd never in a million years make about any other country on Earth?
That was a tad harsh in retrospect and probably an over-reaction to that comment.

he's doing better than Gore did (him and Bush were pretty even most of the way) and better than Kerry did (Bush ahead of him most of the way) but not as good as Clin-Ton (way ahead of Bob Dole the whole time).
Kerry had a 5-8% lead.
