Give it a breast-fucking rest, yeah?
I had been taking regular lessons back home and was getting nowhere, so I decided to go someplace else and really try and get it done, but I ended up taking the worst driving test of my life (think it was 5 serious faults and god knows how many minors.)
I eventually passed after getting a new instructor through the normal 1 lesson a week procedure.
or am i imagining things
Just before my test the instructor said "I don't know if you're ready for this." :(
is it costlier on average than doing once-a-week ones, d'you know?
they are about £1,200 including use of car and the test itself.
the most popular one is for £750. This is for people that started lessons (about 15 hours) but didn't complete them.
i've never driven a car and fancy learning next month. how hard can it be? small children do it in america

She has never been able to park her car properly since however, to the extent that she has to get her dad to come round to drive it in and out of the underground parking at her flat...
as a condition for free insurance I had to take "advanced" driving lessons. I assumed it would be all about driving fast and doing skids (not the pants type).
