i seem to get them daily, not always that annoying or painful but, yeah. At the moment it's not great.
I also sleep really well. I realise how lucky I am when I come on this site.
I get Migraines and literally go blind.
They're a lot rarer now though.
only at the moment I get them about every month. And then it can go on for 3 odd days.
The worst I've had is when I've literally smashed my head into something and it's needed stitches.
fucking cold. normally not often
only really get them when I don't eat for a long time
but I'm sure they're just stress related.
I also get migraines but I can count the times I've had these on one hand, they're not nice at all though. The only upside to these is that they come with a handy little warning signal where I get flashing lights in front of my eyes which tells me they're on their way.
And rush for the Nurofen
I was convinced I was having a stroke.
that's like me last year. Happened in the middle of a lecture, which was all done on powerpoint. I couldn't see a bloody thing and spent the rest of it with my head buried under my arms thinking I'd got something seriously wrong with me.
with suspected meningitis.
I had no idea what was going on, and was terrified.
are self inflicted booze related ones. I can't claim pity when neat whisky is the cause.
the main causes of headaches are dehydration, low blood sugar level ( drink a little more water, not tea, coffee, fruit juice or cola, and perhaps eat a little more) or not wearing the correct glasses when staring at a computer screen. Have your eyes checked - it could make all the difference. If you use PCs regularly at work then you should be able to get your work to pay for teh check up.
