Specifically people who constantly either make dumb jokes, or attempt to continue a sentence on TV in an effort to seem shocking. Or who when seeing something on TV will say some stupidly sarcastic quip after and then expect your attention. Or even people who give a running commentary on there lives, to themselves.

There should be a financial premium on the spoken word. If you talk more than 5000 words in a day, and don't speak for a living, you should have to pay a levy.

Typing words is exempt.

Singing is not.
