What would you have on tap?
in all different flavours with drugs mixed in
for the first time in years. It was very satisfying.
Bombay Sapphire gin
Other assorted local beers, ciders and perrys.
And Nerds (the sweets, not people like us)
Snakebite, Guiness & Tia Maria, Mad Dog, Special Brew.
My pub would be called The Jaguar with Swords for Legs, and the sign would depict said sword-legged animal spearing Bill Oddie in the eye.
Bath Ales Wild Hare
Thatcher's Gold/Stowford Press
plus a revolving local micro-brewery selection
Star - o -pra - men
Vodka and lucozade
Orange and mango sambucca
My pub would be called The Case Is Alfred, in tribute to a pub I used to drive past on the way to Watford when I was younger called The Case Is Altered but was written in funny writing and had a man who looked like King Alfred on the sign, so I took it to it's natural conclusion. Or if we're sticking to a theme of things I misunderstood as a child, The Golf War
"Mum, stop the car there's a To Let there...i'm bursting!"
3 parts cheap lager
3 parts cheap cider
1 part cheap vodka
1 part jack daniels
2 parts whole milk
1 part archers
garnish- fag ash
It would be called 'The Beacsbury'. It would have 146 plasma screens showing 146 different sports.
All Guinness free
Some kind of smokey ale (homebrew)
Games Workshop bitter (Bugmans)
The pub would be called The Beard and The Battle-axe and would have a jukebox that only played battle/nu-metal hits.
How could I forget :)
ie half a dark mild, half an old tom. the real lunchtime pint
I imagine it tastes a bit like citadel paints.
This pub sounds awesome though!
Whenever I manage to get to Nottingham, I'll definitely try it! I bet you get a brush to stir it with as well. :S "mmm....a pint of sunburst yellow please and a boltgun metal chaser, tah!"
Authentic Prism Lite

Nick Griffin that is
yknow, that only serves ales that have a st.george or Union Flag on the handle. Also serving:
Newcastle White Ale
Butcombe (both kinds)
Carling (for pound-a-pint nights)
I think you can guess that this pub is in the southwest.
It would be called "Up the Kilt and Round the Baws" and would constantly play Proclaimers, Duran Duran, Runrig and everyhour Scotland the Brave/Loch Lomond (switching each hour) and everyone would get a free dram of Whisky at 11pm to help them on their way home.
