ok, so my girlfriend is pestering me to make her dessert. any suggestions what i can do?

i have the following equipment

a microwave
two hobs
a george foreman
I DO NOT HAVE AN OVEN

and the following ingredients (not including things which will obviously be irrelevant or that are extremely obvious)
eggs
milk (but not loads of it)
butter
flour
sugar
vanilla extract
cinnamon
a little bit of slightly stale (but very tasty) bread
apples
nutella
peanut butter
digestive biscuits
rich tea biscuits

any ideas?
