Cos I got a new one about a fortnight ago.

They said they'd send one out and it would arrive within about two days.

After five, I requested a new one.

On day 6, the number arrived, but it'd been cancelled because they'd sent me a new one.

Today is day 8 and the second one has arrived; only the box which is supposed to hold my Pin number is completely blank.
