if you have them, add some black olives too. And if you're feeling extra bourgeois, some anchovies. Oh yes.

1 tin tomatoes
sliced black olives
S&P to taste
Fry onions in oil. Add tomatoes. Add tuna and olives. Add tomato paste, S&P. Simmer for 10-15 minutes (while pasta is cooking; penne is best), stirring regularly. Stir cooked pasta through sauce, then serve into pasta bowls and top with grated parmesan.
Incredibly simple and incredibly delicious.
fry garlic, add tuna, mash with fork, add juice of one lemon + a few handfuls of rocket. nice.
Fry cubes of Pancetta in finely choppped Garlic and Red Chilli for about 4 minutes in olive oil, add either pesto or fresh chopped basil and pine nuts, salt'n'pepa. Mix in some tagliatelle. Serve.
Spic-y, Garlic-y, Bacon-y, posh pasta.
