jonny_rat is moving out. not because he hates me and claire, we rule. anyway, we need someone to replace him loike.

here's what i wrote on facebook:

Location:
The flat is in basically the best location on earth, thanks. Right near The Macbeth pub/venue, 7 minutes walk from old street tube. Iceland, post office, cash machines and a million vietnamese restaurants a couple of minutes away. Basically perfect balance of being close to everything and not being loud and gross.

The flat:
Maisonnette in block of flats. Massive living room with balcony and big tv and nintendo wii and stuff. Decent sized kitchen. Your room has two of those wardrobes that's actually a part of the room if you get me. like it's its own little room or something. And you get your own balcony as well. Sick.

The moneys: £505.25 pcm. Gas is paid on a little card thing and we basiclaly just put £20 on it every few weeks or so, so not much. Council tax not included. Water and electricity are proper bills. Haven't had to pay them yet, but assume they're pretty normal, loike. We have wireless broadband that'd cost you something like £8 a month for your share of the phone line and service and stuff.

Us:
I'm Chris. I'm 23. Until recently I had a job working at www.last.fm. Currently looking for something else, which is exciting. I make music and listen to music and go to gigs and that sort of thing.

She's Claire. She's 19, works on the door at white heat and she likes animals and she has a cute bunny and a cute rat. yes. rat. its cute though. and she likes computer games and plays them and stuff.

So yeah. basically its the best room ever and good value and good people and good times. yes.
