Family reunion two nights ago. Picture a family with more skeletons in the closet than Jeffrey Dahmer's apartment. Arrive late with girlfriend to discover, to our shock/amusement, that two second cousins of mine (second to me, first to each other) are now liasing with each other in the most Biblical sense of the word. Enquired with respective aunts and uncles as to the wisdom of this only to be informed thus: "We can't stop them seeing each other. We tried and they just started sneaking around even more than they were, so we've said they can see each other as long as they don't have kids."
To which we could only respond: "Errrrr."
Here's the problem with incest, as I see it: It repulses one's girlfriend so much one has little chance of copping a handjob in the taxi home. Then, for the rest of the weekend, said girlfriend is constantly looking askance at me and jokingly/earnestly asking me if I've ever thought about it. Goddamn my family, dudes, goddamn them.
What are your thoughts on cousin-centric relationships?
