Was just chatting about this with my work colleague... I had not heard of it but apparently it exists.. when you split up with someone the idea is to have 60 days of NO contact in order to move on, breath, take stock and get your shit together / behave with levels of dignity rather than as a snivelling mess (in public - and I've done the latter before, trust me - not belittling anyone by making that statement).

What do you think of it? Would you do it? Has it worked for you.
I quite like it in theory.
