and I don't know why. I've had them for years but never thought anything of it. Sometimes it's rubbing my hands together and getting excitable, other times I start groping myself (not great if someones watching).

They usually happen when I get excited by something, even if I'm not actually that excited about it, my movements go all wierd and uncontrollable, my hands especially.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? I've done it for a very long time but never thought to question it, for some strange reason.
