Bearing in mind that I feel that most counsiling is probably inapporpriate for me, cos when I previously tried it i found the person innocent like a child and unable to understand what I said, i found myself trying to create something he could understand.
Apparently many people think that i am paranoid, delusional, narcistic, egotistic etc
Although i believe I am right
I also believe that when the overwhelming majority see things completely different from yourself then one must consider that the way your mind works might be mad.
How should I go about getting therapy?
