Our housemate is moving, expenses paid, to Nottingham until Christmas because of his work placement. He will still be paying rent, but we effectively have a free room. it is a double, but I'm fairly happy in my single room (and he will no doubt be coming back at weekends sometimes), so we need a new plan as to how to utilise it. Sex dungeon? Billiard room? Smoking Room?
