C. You will assist me set up humanitarian welfare trust fund and be managed by you where 15% of my share will be used for humanitarian purpose such motherless babies,orphanage,Widow,widowers,Katrina ,Tsunami, burma,Hurricane Ike disaster and other less priviledged as my contribution to God's work.
D. You must safeguard the balance of my share to a secured account where it will be yielding good interest till when i resign and be able to go into business world.
E. You will not be a joker,cheater,Game player or a coward who will turn his back at the center of the transaction thereby putting the transaction in jeorpady rather let us not start all and just be ordinary friends.
