so.... i was walking to get some razors,.. happily listening to mark kermode wizz around a podcast like a young whipper putting acoss his case for best wrestling finnishing move......when i put my foot right in a really deep, cracked up hole in the pavement

im pretty sure its from the work being done on the gas but obviously there was no warning or cones or anything to be seen.....the only warning was some crudely stuffed leaves that were either there to break a fall or entice innocents like me to put there foot on seemingly safe ground.

it didnt hurt or anything....but it definitly could

so if i broke my ankle on it, could i get some loot out of the whole experience or am i just thinking bollocks?
