1. if you cook garlic, in its clove, no peeling or chopping, just whacked into the sauce whilst cooking, will it emit much of a smell as it cooks?
my plan is to then take it upstairs and eat in our bedroom, smushing the garlic up once in the safety of these four walls.
im guessing garlic isnt too special uncooked?(i know its really good for you blah blah, but tasty?)

2. is it a REALLY bad idea to drink alcohol when trying to recover from being ill? i dont feel too ill anymore, just runny nosey and a bit sore throaty.
so it is a BAD BAD idea, or just not that great an idea?
