I'm newly taking one out. My tuition's already covered. But I need a proper laptop and other stuff.
I love students who think loans are free money.
at a rate of £1 a month.
every pay slip i get, no matter how much i earn (it varies monthly depending on overtime), there is a little box in deductions saying s.loan -1.00.
In the long run this is probably bad because they've hiked up the interest rate which means even if i paid back about £40-50 a month it would barely cover the interest. But whatever.
but I bet you don't.
to get yourself through uni? Did you get a double loan?
Or do you mean save the money each month now that you would expect to be taken off of a wage?
Thanks for assuming though.
/my friend/also my flatmate

we should perhaps both shake our fists at a CEO whilst shouting
'you only care about your precious money'
we could team up and get a real racket going? We need a woman to get a real sympathy angle down.
a Bradford and Bingley shareholder who has had to sell her child to paedophiles to make ends meet.
Kate McCann would do.
I tip my hat to your utterly twisted depravity. One day wise master, you must teach me of your cunning ways.
to unleash the misery on DiS.
that it might be a worry
I'm not doubting you, i'm merely an english student and as such don't really have a head for Keynesian economics.

Student Loans company are probably underwritten by the UK government so I guess you'll be fine
but maybe in future they'll actually be introducing credit checks
