It asks for employment history, and loads of stuff like:

- What personality traits do you dislike in other people? (eg, lateness, rudeness etc)

- How would you cope with Anne’s ‘acid tongue’ and putdowns?

- Do you have any interesting habits, quirks or obsessions?

I mean for fuck's sake, I was hoping for an easy buck here - I dont wanna have to fill a form in, much less have to pretend that I give a shit about the potential treatment given me by Anne 'acid tongue' Robinson, the wittiest chipmunk in the burrow.
