I went to "the ballet" for the first time last night, and i'm really not sure what to think of it. I have no reference points at all other than the basic "nice to look at" and "appreciate skill involved".

It was in three parts. As I said i have no reference points but the dancing seemed very "modern". The first part was the Radiohead part, the part I came to see. They played out creep, national anthem etc and people did ballet to it. But I just don't get it. They didn't seem to be linking with the song at all. Some bits where almost emotive but I didn't get the point.

the second section after that was quite a bit better. Had weird music including a piano being tuned and cool set and stuff.

Then we left.

so ballet eh?
