as i was going to the shop i wastrying to negotiate the steps and some old lady came over and took my arm and helped me up. This was really sweet of her and i really appreciated it, but there were some local youths around my age who started shouting at me and throwing stuff at me when i exited the shop. I wasn't too annoyed but what wankers!

I really can't wait until i can run again, these are the same chappy's who used to be twats to me many moons ago until i 'accidentally' hurt one of them. They annoy me lots. :(
