This is in anerobic respiration in muscles right? ADP binds to creatinine phosphate, to release a quick burst of ATP for intensive effort.
Intrestingly, creatinine is sued to detect the health of your kidneys, cos it is fully filtered out, and measureing the rate of its filtration gives an idea of how healthy the kidneys are.
