That is ace, is it from one of his early radio shows or something?
No, it's from a Select magazine cover flexidisc - and there's at least two concepts lost to the youth of today - from 1992.
I loved Select.
This must be asked every time Select is mentioned. It had food in it.
The cover was in the style of cereal box. And the magazine was in a cereal box. And it had food, a tape and an inflatable in it. Google says the inflatable was a Liam Gallagher face but I don't think it was. Mine had a hole in it anyway. I think the cover had either Radiohead or the Blurs on it.
had the 'pilot' edition of 'Heat' magazine in it. might be worth £££ now. or might not. i chucked mine away. RUBBISH.
but that sounds ace
I remember the month after they had to publish an apology to Kelloggs for copyright infringement.
infact I sapled the podcast in my last mix ;)
Its damn interesting and I like the way in the artical he calls some guy Mr Underpants all the way thru it.
Its had 115 downloads in almost 2 weeks!
but yes, it's very good. his interview with 2 unlimited (looks like that's on the tube too) is also great. "12 no's. isn't that a bit NEGATIVE?'
it's like some sort of I've Been Tired/Tame hybrid with some Vamos and Monkey Gone to Heaven thrown in. The final verse is the best bit: "preparing your dying body for necrophilia"
