Am I the only person who thinks America just might nick this?
Europe are the favourites for this, despite having one golfer (Oliver Wilson) who I'm really not familiar with, and Paul Casey, who I always seem to see bottling it in majors. Then again, America have Ben Curtis in their team, haha.
I dunno though, Europe's success in recent years has been built on a good team rapport and generally being able to work together. But Nick Faldo's a divisive kinda guy, and I can just seem him upsetting people and ruffling a few feathers in the wrong ways. And America without Tiger Woods, well, there's going to be less pressure on them, aside from the fact everyone thinks Europe'll win. I just...y'know, think America might do it.
Interesting fact: Europe have led after the first day at each of the previous five Ryder Cups.
