Assist in the identification of user accounts for de-registration each quarter.
Assist in identifying users exceeding 10 hours internet activity each month, check if work related and report results.
Assist in the preparation of reports for HR personnel to leading to disciplinary action to be taken.
Ensure only authorised people have access to RPA computer rooms, based on ASU Janus system records and IBM liaison. Notify the Risk and Quality Analyst when there is a need to update the desk instructions for computer room access checks.
Create and implement other checks as required to ensure RPA computer systems are being managed and utilised in a manner consistent with a Government Department.
Assist in the management of internal audits across IS. Develop relationships with auditors and assist IS staff in their relationships with auditors and the audit process.
Assist the Risk and Quality Analyst to work with IS staff to implement audit recommendations. Entering responses to internal audit recommendations on the Galileo system.
Assist in carrying out bi-weekly asset checks.
May be required to deputise for the Risk and Quality Analyst in his absence.
Provide administrative support to the Strategy and Architecture Services team as required.
