I have a job interview at 11, for a job I'd quite like, thank you very much.

A couple of general interview questions:

1. When they say "what's your weakness", what's the best answer to give. It's such a non-question that it's pointless asking...

2. When they say "do you have any questions?", are there any really impressive-looking questions to ask?

Any other advice might be good as well :)
