I really hate antibiotics.
with a rectal thermometer
People can stick things where they like so long as they're medical professionals with a valid reason. I just don't want the damned drugs.
The last lot made me feel really queasy and horrible.
so any side effects I get I'll get in a friend's house miles from home and it could potentially get massively awkward...
They make you better so quickly and after you just need to have some of those pro-biotic yoghurts to get your stomach bacteria back in order.
I'm a bit of a spazz and I can't swallow pills.
If there another way of taking antibiotics? I have a genuine fear that one day I'll need some but wont be able to take them.
that you get as a kid?
That was yummy!
Practice with tic-tacs.
Why should children get preferential treatment?
they are going to half to work to get me fixed. Going with a cough is rubbish, but soemthing that will really get your moneys worth is great.
I have been on x 3 sets in less than a month for knock on ailments.
My immune system is shod.
Fortunately this has meant a semi period of sobriety but I am exhausted.
Good luck.. Eat well and sleep and rest up. Stay off booze.
although they may do so after further tests.
On the upside this means no antibiotics; on the downside I suspect I've actually been misdiagnosed (I've been told I've got flu whereas, having had kidney infections before, I think the symptoms are more suggestive of that). But still, no antibiotics for now at least...
Do you hate them becuase they give you thrush?
Or just because they're the drug equivalent of the doctor saying "meh"?
And when's the next Awkward Silences thing on? The other half and I made a pact last night to go see the next one you do.
That is all.
Also, am I the only person who likes a good dose of antibiotics then?
is a key symptom of thrush in men.
I try to avoid taking them for as long as possible.
It's 'cos my stomach reacts really badly to certain kinds and, if I get prescribed certain types, it basically means I spend 5 days pretty much unable to go out or do anything.
Next Awkward Silences' thing is 8 October I think somewhere in Shoreditch. We've got about 3 gigs in October in London though so there's a few things to come to then.
Have taken a note of the dates :)
