Actually no one has the first fucking clue.
that've been all over the news that one of the problems for lehman bros was they were trading in derivatives, which apparently nobody really understands.
i'd certainly be happy to see £30bn of cash flow through my company every day on something i DIDN'T FRICKING UNDERSTAND!
but not in an actual sense. I like how none of this money really exists, it's just a convenient marker.
What I object to is that money is used at all.

that ethical fund managers are going to have to secretly put their money back onto the cluster bomb manufacturers and missile guidance system developers in order to avoid making large numbers of people redundant
